Chan was very thorough and prompt with every detail of my order. He speaks fantastic English and was constantly sending me photos, videos, and audio messages through the email. I was worried about the timeline of getting the products from China to the U.S. with all the political stuff happening in the world, but everything went very smoothly. Our products were finished with mass production within 15 days of finalizing the design and then they were air-shipped via FEDEX which only took about 4 days. Everything was fantastic. I would recommend their services to anyone!
